Preparation of questionnaires and edit specifications

The questionnaire comprises of all questions required for collecting data for all the variables required to compute all the indicators in the tabulation plan as well as variables necessary to manage data collection. The primary purpose of edit specifications is to ensure that data collected and entered are free of errors, and that respondents are only asked questions that apply to them.
